Father’s Day Crowns

Materials:
Construction Paper
Foam Shapes or Gems
Glue
Crayons and/or Markers

Directions:

1. Cut out 8 strips of construction paper about 2 inches in diameter.
2. Decorate 6 strips of the construction paper with the gems, shapes, and crayons and markers. (You can introduce patterning during this step if you’d like)

3. Use the other 2 strips to make a circle to fit onto Dad’s head.

4. Take the 6 strips of decorated construction paper and glue them around the inside of the crown.

5. Then take the tops of the 6 strips of paper and have them all meet in the middle and glue (or staple) them together.
