Paint Marker 4th of July Flags

What you need:

-Paint markers/Bingo markers in red and blue

-Paper

-White paint

-Cotton swab

Directions:

1. On the top left hand side of the paper, use paint marker to draw a blue square. Allow to dry.
2. Dip cotton swap into white paint. Make dots or “stars” throughout the blue square.
3. Using a red paint marker, create horizontal strips running parallel to one another on the rest of the paper.
